Participant registration will open during April 2024.
Categories and fees
Full attendance presenters are entitled to submit and (after its acceptance) present an original research article, and are welcome to attend any presentation during the 3 days of SMT Symposium 2024.
- Full attendance fee includes proceedings (electronic access), coffee breaks, side events, lunch and gala dinner.
1-day attendance presenters are entitled to submit and (after its acceptance) present an original research article, and are welcome to attend any presentation on the same day of SMT Symposium 2024 as their contribution is shceduled.
- 1-day attendance fee includes proceedings (electronic access), coffee breaks, side events, and lunch.
- Interested 1-day attendees can purchase an additional gala dinner ticket.
Participants are welcome to attend any presentation during the 3 days of SMT Symposium 2024.

- Interested participants can purchase an additional gala dinner ticket.

Early bird registration ends on the 1st July 2024.
The above-mentioned fees include 27% VAT.
Refund Policy
Registration fees will not be refunded after the 15th September 2024.
A processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
